Who remembers growing up in the 80’s? Patiently waiting around for Michael J. Fox’s hover board from Back to the Future come out in stores nationwide (we are still patiently waiting)? The first time you were able to play Atari or Duck Hunt for Nintendo was probably one of the best memories you have (and also the onset of your weight issues). If you don’t know who the Brat Pack was you probably don’t deserve to see another movie until you can answer that question. It might have been glow in the dark shirts or Guns and Roses that made you fall in love with the 80’s but we can’t deny that it was one of the best decades around. The one thing that we wish to forget from the 80’s were the hideous humidifiers that were ugly brown and gigantic. If you’re mom had to put one of these giant contraptions on your nightstand, it usually meant that everything else had to be removed from the desk because of the monstrous humidifier (and this run on sentence).
A company overseas decided to try and fix this issue that has existed 25+ years of ugly humidifiers. The gadget is called Breath and it is made by a company called Roolen. The design of this humidifier is reason enough to want it because Roolen has taken a very sleek design and approach to it. Breath isn’t very large and intruding but every inch of this humidifier is designed to hold water. The other aspect of Breath is that they have tried to actually slap a brain into a gadget that has always been traditionally pretty dumb. Breath actually has a sensor that will detect the humidity level and adjust the output of the humidifier. The old humidifiers simply just continued to pump moisture into the air and you would wake up like you had just been swimming with the dolphins. Breath won’t be released to the US any time soon but we hope the popularity of this manages to push it over to the US. Click here for image source and where to find more info.
