Gadgets 4 Guys has been trying to set a pretty obvious trend with our features over the past couple of weeks. When baseball, NFL, and NCAA football are all on TV, we usually need access to a TV every single night. We usually have a choice to retire to the bedroom that has been decorated with frilly lamps and scented with “summer’s meadow” potpourri. It doesn’t exactly scream manly and doesn’t really contribute to the man experience that is sports. What do you do to make an area of your house look something close to your garage from college complete with neon signs, a dart board, and tools. We are men and we need tools even if we don’t know how to use them solely so we can pretend to bang around in the garage and act like we’re fixing something. There is not a lot more embarrassing than being asked by another man if you have a specific tool that they need to use and you don’t have it to offer them. It’s even more embarrassing when that same friend asks you for a cold drink and you can’t supply it to him.
We were able to get a hands on demo with Versonel’s Garage Toolbox on wheels that has a faux shelf that is actually a fridge. The top three shelves are real and can hold a sizable amount of tools in them and has a very smooth track when opening and shutting it. If you’ve ever tried to pick out a toolbox, you quickly realize that this is one of the things that divides a very nice toolbox to a cheap one. If the shelves are rigid and get hung up when you try to shut the drawers, it is a sign of a cheap toolbox and this one didn’t have it. The fridge itself typically stays around 35 degrees and keeps your drinks that perfect level of cold. The outside of the toolbox was also done in a very high-end way with a paint job that pops and looks like it can stand some garage type of abuse. If you’re wanting to add onto your man cave and make it something to be admired by your buddies, check out the Versonel fridge toolbox. Click here for image source.
