There are some products out there that have had so much support that it seemed they couldn’t do any wrong. Apple has been on a role since the first iteration of the iPhone to now. OxiClean started with such an amazing product to begin with that we would probably buy a car if it had OxiClean in the name. If Billy Mays was selling it we would probably buy 10 of them (RIP Billy). The George Foreman Grill managed to get every kid through college and allowed them to still eat grilled meat (the world would probably be all vegetarian if it wasn’t for the Foreman Grill). The Kindle gave us the opportunity to read books anywhere and not have to bother going to the library to be chastised by the local librarian for late fees. There was also the products that should have never been created. Any kid walking around with a Microsoft Zune should have been getting made fun of if they weren’t already. We didn’t realize it but somebody actually created a DVD Rewinder (not player but something to “rewind” a DVD). The Flowbee gave a bunch of cheapskate men the idea that they could cut their own hair, when really all it did was give them the most awkward haircut around.
When Gadgets 4 Guys managed to get two of the Lunatik phone cases (Extreme and Strike) we quickly fell in love with what this company was doing. We already featured the Extreme early and are featuring Strike today. Strike isn’t quite as hardcore as Extreme but more durable than most of the cases out there. The audio and charge port of the Strike case are completely sealed (but can be accessed when they want to). There are some imitators of the Strike out there but one way to quickly tell the real thing are the bezels because they aren’t cheap and plastic (the imitators are definitely cheap looking).
The nice thing about the Taktik Strike case is that since it doesn’t have the complete cover over the iPhone touch button which still allows for Touch ID. So if you’re dead set on using that fingerprint identification feature, you might want to go with the Taktik Strike. One of the most important features of the iPhone is the ability to quickly turn the ringer to vibrate instead of ringer which Strike still allows you to do. So don’t be the annoying guy with your Fergie ringer going off in the movie theater because your phone case sucks.
