At what point is it that we start to pick up those sweaters while at Walmart and think, “yeah, sure it doesn’t look great but for $5, who cares?”. We can tell you who cares: your coworkers, your boss, your wife, your kids (nothing will embarrass a kid more at school when a father shows up in full Walmart regalia), your neighbors (those jeans don’t fit well and you’re showing half the neighborhood your butt crack). That is just a few to begin with. We aren’t saying you need to be ridiculous and go out and spend $2,000 on a V-Neck t-shirt (stay away from v-necks in general) but have some pride about yourself. Just because you’re an older man now doesn’t mean you have to completely forget about all aspects of style. Women in general love a man that has the total package with beauty, brawn, brains, and style. You don’t have the first three and the fourth one is the easiest to correct.
We got to chat with a member of a company called Mainline Menswear. They’re an online shopping retailer that offers a ton of different NAME BRAND clothing items that range from hoodies to jackets, to any accessory you can think of. The product they reached out to us about initially was their Stone Island Ice Jacket that actually manages to change color depending on the temperature. We thought that was pretty cool so they sent us a sample of their clothing. It was a super nice Hugo Boss Jumper that we really liked and approved of the quality. There is always a concern when any company touts big brands but Mainline was able to deliver. When we first started looking through their products (their site was super friendly on filtering down to what you needed) we realized you could actually shop by the designer. You may be thinking, “why would I want to do that? I’m a man”. You need to do it because it is becoming evident that every man shops at the Buckle and half of us look like clones. We recommend checking out the Stone Island collection as it was very unique and high quality clothing.
