Oh, you had a Super Soaker 500? That’s cute. Tim “Tool Man” Taylor obviously thought that wasn’t enough and somehow imparted his “more power” ideas onto the creator of the RPG-7 Water Rocket Launcher. Apparently this Tool Man of the modern century (yeah, your that old) decided the cheesy super soakers weren’t enough and turned the volume up to 11 when creating this hand held water propelled rocket.
According to the description we were able to find, the company that actually makes this is called Marudai. They decided to turn what we view as pretty sissy bottle rockets and literally create a rocket bottle of water. The nice thing about this little gadget (that couldn’t be meant more for guys) is you can actually adjust how much you want to destroy by modifying the water pressure. They also almost challenge you by saying you can be as accurate as you want to be depending on how strong your puny little arms can actually hold the thing straight when firing it.
They make the claim that dependent on the pressure, these water rockets can actually go as far as 115 feet which means you should definitely not try and hit your best friend with it. Unless they are really asking for it. We did have some trouble trying to figure out how to order this bad boy due to the fact that the website is written in Japanese. Do yourself a solid and just download a translator and buy this thing though and we are sure you will thank us later. While there has always been home grown versions of the water bottle rocket launcher, this one actually looks legit and you will only need to wait a short 1-2 months before you receive it. Just in time for summer.
