Price: $75 – $85
So before we jump into the Casper pillow and what we were able to experience after trying it out for free for a month, we want to post some reminders of the importance of a good night’s sleep:
So the first three facts have a direct correlation to the importance of sleep and why you should take a good night’s sleep seriously. The fourth fact about a new car price in 2016 is mostly there to be thought provoking. Even if you have a 3 hours a day – 5 days a week – in your car (probably high for most people) you’re probably only spending about 30 days total in your car on a yearly basis. Let’s say that you only spend 7 hours a day on average in your bed, you’re spending almost 100 days a year in bed. For some reason, we are willing to spend a lot more money on things like cars instead of on pillows or mattresses that we spend a significantly higher amount of time. Take a couple of minutes to think about that.
Our Experience With The Casper Pillow
So Casper sent us a free demo of the Casper pillow. We tried out the standard size. These guys have a ton of confidence because they start off with a 100 night free trial with a free return offer. So you can try the pillow completely free. The mechanics behind their pillow is how they have a pillow within a pillow. The inner pillow is designed to provide a level of support you get with a “tougher” pillow while the “outside pillow” provides that fluffy soft touch we all want.
They pushed to have the material made out of a very breathable material which we can confirm actually works. This was a pillow we felt you didn’t have to flip over to gain that awesome Stewart Scott “cool than the other side of the pillow”. They tried to make the pillow work for all types of sleepers: back, side, and stomach. I’m a side sleeper and the pillow worked perfect to hold my head at a level state (not too low or too high).
The fill in the pillow that they used is also really comfortable. We don’t know enough about pillows to understand how high of a quality fill type Casper uses, but we’re pretty confident that you’ll like it. The thing we were the most excited about was how quickly the pillow returned to it’s original shape. We’ve purchased cheap pillows from Target that become lumpy or change shape after just a few months of moving to fit how we sleep.
